1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the player," "you") and ph180 ("the platform," "we," "us"). Access to and use of ph180 — including account registration, deposits, game play, sports betting, withdrawals, and any other platform features — is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms.

By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the ph180 platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use ph180, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one registered account with ph180. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. ph180 uses a KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process that requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID. You must complete this process before withdrawals can be processed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. ph180 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. OTP (One-Time Password) confirmation is used for login and sensitive account actions as an additional security layer.

• Notify ph180 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• ph180 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account details such as name and date of birth cannot be changed after verification — contact support if a genuine correction is needed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at ph180 are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). There is no foreign currency conversion involved in any transaction on the platform.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, and bank transfers from Philippine-issued bank accounts. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering payment methods at ph180.

• Deposits are credited to your ph180 balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved.
• ph180 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing large or unusual withdrawal amounts.
• Processing times vary depending on the payment method. Bank transfers may take longer than e-wallet transactions.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ph180 — whether on sports, live casino games, slots, fish games, or other available categories — are subject to the specific rules of each game or market as displayed on the platform at the time of wagering.

• A bet is confirmed only when ph180 issues an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. Bets in progress or pending confirmation are not guaranteed until that reference is issued.
• ph180 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by errors in odds, data feed failures, or events that are subsequently cancelled or deemed void under the applicable sport's governing rules.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, ph180's internal records and the official result from the relevant governing body or game provider will be used to determine the correct outcome.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your ph180 balance in Philippine Peso immediately upon settlement.
• ph180 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any player who is suspected of exploiting pricing errors, using automated betting software, or engaging in any form of arbitrage betting.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ph180 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering conditions, and expiry dates, which will be clearly stated alongside each individual offer when it is active.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued.
• Attempting to claim a bonus using multiple accounts or through any other dishonest means will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account suspension.
• ph180 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the change does not retroactively affect bets already placed under the previous conditions.
• Where a specific wagering requirement applies to bonus funds, real-money deposits will be used first before bonus funds are applied to any wager.

7 Responsible Gaming

ph180 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling and betting are forms of entertainment — not a reliable source of income and not a solution to financial difficulties. Every player is encouraged to approach the platform with a clear budget and a defined time limit per session.

• ph180 provides account-level tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits and self-exclusion options.
• Players who feel they may be developing problematic gaming habits are encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature immediately and seek independent support.
• ph180 does not extend credit to players and will not encourage players to continue beyond their stated budget limits.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ph180. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending balance, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one ph180 account.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in an automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated scheme to manipulate game outcomes or sports results.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means or using stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to launder money or use ph180 for any purpose connected with illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph180 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on ph180 — including but not limited to the platform design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and branding — is the intellectual property of ph180 or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph180 content without prior written permission.
• Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios and is licensed to ph180 for display on the platform.
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection from ph180 is prohibited without explicit written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

ph180 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted access and accurate game and odds data, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or data inaccuracies at all times.

• ph180 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, data feed errors, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• ph180 is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses from betting decisions made on the basis of information displayed on ph180.
• ph180's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms limits ph180's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

ph180 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming program.
• A court order or instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

If your account is suspended or closed, ph180 will make reasonable efforts to return any verified balance remaining in your account after deducting amounts related to voided bets, bonus forfeitures, or amounts under investigation, subject to completion of identity verification and compliance checks.

12 Changes to These Terms

ph180 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players through the platform or via the contact details on their account, and will update the "Last reviewed" date shown at the top of this page.

Continued use of ph180 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. The current version of these Terms always supersedes any previously published version.
